Halina Cegielski holds dual citizenship; she was born in Poland and resides in the US since 1991. She is bilingual professional with extensive mediation, negotiation, litigation, as well as client representation experience. For the last 19 years, Ms. Cegielski represented major corporations, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, PNC, HSBC and Deutsche Bank, in multidimensional types of court proceedings including civil trials, code enforcement hearings and mediations. Ms. Cegielski has a record of reaching lucrative settlements in copyright infringement cases.
After earning her Bachelor of Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in Florida, she then attended the University of Miami School of Law and earned her J.D. Ms. Cegielski is Florida Supreme Court Certified County, Circuit Civil and Family Mediator and conducted over 1000 mediations in the past 15 years. She is a founder of H Legal Solutions, P.A. since 2009. Ms. Cegielski is admitted to practice in U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida and is current member of Florida Bar in good standing.
