Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP)

Erasmus+ Blended intensive programs are short, intensive programmes that use innovative learning and teaching methods, including online cooperation.

Erasmus+ BIPs aim to enhance the learning outcomes and development of transversal skills for higher education students and staff. 

BIPs involve physical mobility (studying abroad or carrying out a traineeship) and virtual components, fostering collaborative online learning exchange and teamwork. They provide an opportunity for students and staff to engage in joint activities across different countries, contributing to a European Education Area with a global reach. 

Additionally, BIPs build capacity for implementing innovative teaching practices in participating higher education institutions. 

Currently, SGH participates in the following Erasmus+ BIPs:

“Agile Governance and Organizational Resilience in the Age of Digital Transformations” at University of Zagreb, May 2026

The program of the BIP “Agile Governance and Organizational Resilience in the Age of Digital Transformations” is organised by University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business – FEB Zagreb (Croatia). The programme will be available for students of undergraduate programmes.

Past Erasmus+ BIPs:

Governance & Compliance Management 2025

The program of the BIP “Governance & Compliance Management” is jointly prepared by the faculty members of 3 universities: 

  • European University Viadrina – EUV (Germany),
  • Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa – UAL (Portugal) and
  • SGH Warsaw School of Economics – SGH (Poland). 

Blended Intensive Programme includes the following components: 

  • participation in the virtual component according to the BIP schedule;
  • participation in a five-day stay abroad at SGH;
  • preparation of a presentation on a given topic within the field of Governance & Compliance Management / public speaking on a given topic to an external audience, presenting the student’s reflections on the given subject matter.
     

The program will take place from October 6 to 10, 2025 in Warsaw

Program is carried out at SGH in cooperation with Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU – Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien)  and University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA – Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave).

The program will take place from September 2 to September 6, 2024 in Lisbon
