Due to entrance exams for studies, the Undergraduate Studies Office will not be open for in-person enquiries on 30th June, 1st July and 16th July 2026. Please contact us by phone or email.

 

During office hours the phone calls will not be answered.​

From 29th June 2026 office hours for students will be held at the following hours:

  •    Monday 1.00-3.00 p.m
  •    Tuesday 9.00-10.00 a.m
  •    Wednesday 2.00-3.00 p.m.
  •    Thursday 9.00-10.00 a.m.
  •    Friday 9.00-10.00 a.m.

Collecting of the diploma:

  •    Monday 1.00-3.00 p.m
  •    Tuesday 9.00-10.00 a.m
  •    Wednesday 2.00-3.00 p.m.
  •    Thursday 9.00-10.00 a.m.
  •    Friday 9.00-10.00 a.m.

DEAN’S OFFICE HOURS

Deans’ office hours in June and July:

  • 24th June 2026, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
  • 15th July 2026, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

For the Deans’ office hours setting of the appointment is required (until 10:00 a.m. on the day before the office hours) by sending an e-mail to: dsl@sgh.waw.pl (in the content of the message please describe the matter shortly and give the name of the assistant in Dean’s office) – in case of SGH students the e-mail must be send from SGH e-mail account.

After sending the message, you will receive the return message with date and hour of consultation.

Appointment is required.
