Project Title:
New Business Leaders for a New World 2.0
Duration: 1 June 2025 – 31 July 2026
Funding obtained: PLN 763,990.00
The project continues and expands SGH’s mission of shaping future generations of business leaders, this time opening up to cooperation with partners from South America. It responds to one of the key challenges of the modern world – the need to strengthen the potential and create equal professional opportunities for young, ambitious women in developing countries. Numerous international reports indicate that women face significantly greater barriers in career development and education. Drawing on Poland’s unique experience of economic transformation—during which SGH experts played a key role in building the foundations of entrepreneurship—we aim to share our knowledge and inspire a new generation of women leaders.
The main objective of “New Business Leaders for a New World 2.0” is to design and deliver two editions of a two-week Intensive International Education Programme (IIEP). The programme, conducted entirely in English, will be aimed at 40 carefully selected female students from SGH partner universities, including institutions in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.
