Vice Rector for Development at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Head of its Institute of Markets and Competition. A graduate of SGPiS (legal predecessor of the SGH), where he also earned his doctoral and postdoctoral degrees. His research interests include economic theory and applied economics, focusing on: entrepreneurship, family businesses, competition theory and strategies, agricultural economics, food security and globalisation. An author, co author and scientific editor of several dozen books, textbooks and articles on micro- and macroeconomics, agricultural economics, globalisation, entrepreneurship, family businesses, sustainable development and competitive business strategies.
