An assessment and attempt at rating (classification of) the development trajectories of 11 countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE11). The study will be conducted in three interrelated dimensions: economic performance, directions of changes in the institutional architecture of the economy and the response of the economy to a negative external shock in the form of a global recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the ratings assigned to the analysed countries in the first two dimensions, the study will then attempt to rank the CEE11 countries.
