Graduate Studies Office - Student Service:

In-person student services are provided in the Graduate Studies Office (GSO), room 47 (Main Building).
Outside of in-person service hours, students are requested to make contact by telephone or via e-mail.
 

NOTICE: Due to the supplementary admission process for second-cycle (Master’s Degree) programmes, the Graduate Studies Office will not provide in-person services on Wednesday, 16 September 2026.
