Student service hours:
During September, the Graduate Studies Office will operate according to the schedule below:
- Monday: in-person student services: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; telephone enquiries are best made between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
- Tuesday: in-person student services: 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; telephone enquiries are best made between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: in-person student services: 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; telephone enquiries are best made between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- Thursday: no in-person student services; telephone enquiries are best made between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- Friday: in-person student services: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; telephone enquiries are best made between 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Students may meet the Dean or Vice-Deans during scheduled consultation hours via appointment.
