Who is ASK?

ASK is a student community assistant who provides support in various matters concerning the university and campus life, especially during the first stage of studies. ASK helps students adapt to a new environment so they can effectively use the full potential of educational opportunities offered by the university.

 If you don’t know:

  • where to address a given issue / who should deal with it,
  • where to look for information concerning courses and the university,
  • how to get help with formal requirements,
  • how to deal with different procedures,

ASK is the right person to turn to. Students are also invited to share their feelings, opinions and suggestions about university life.

The person responsible for the role of ASK is Mrs. Małgorzata Tobiasz.
 

How to get in touch with ASK?

The ASK station is located in Building G on the ground floor, between the reception desk and the Undergraduate Studies Office. An open, comfortable and welcoming space has been created here for conversations and consultations.

Office hours schedule

  • 22–29 September 2026
    • Tuesday: 9:00–11:00 a.m.
  • October 2026
    • Monday: 9:00–10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
    • Tuesday: 1:00–4:30 p.m.
    • Wednesday: 9:00–10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
    • Thursday: 9:00–10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
    • Friday: 9:00–10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
    • Saturday: 9:15–11:45 a.m.
