Profesor Janina Jóźwiak – wybitna badaczka procesów ludnościowych
Janina Jóźwiak, absolwentka ekonometrii SGPiS (1965–1970), po ukończeniu studiów doktoranckich w 1974 r. rozpoczęła pracę w Katedrze Statystyki i Demografii. Doktorat z nauk ekonomicznych uzyskała w 1976 r. Zainteresowanie procesami demograficznymi, które rozwinęło się pod koniec lat 70., wyznaczyło dalszy kierunek jej kariery naukowej.
Rola Polski w sektorze kosmicznym – między bezpieczeństwem a rozwojem gospodarczym
Jeszcze do niedawna sektor kosmiczny był w dużej mierze postrzegany przez pryzmat prestiżu, eksploracji i ambicji technologicznych. Państwa inwestowały w kosmos, aby zaznaczyć swoją obecność na arenie międzynarodowej i budować wizerunek nowoczesnych gospodarek. Dziś ten obraz uległ zasadniczej zmianie.

Sezonowe spowolnienie koniunktury gospodarczej w Polsce. W drugim kwartale 2026 r. barometr koniunktury IRG SGH (BARIRG) przyjął wartość -2,68 pkt, tj. o 1,1 pkt wyższą niż w poprzednim kwartale i o 0,75 pkt wyższą niż przed rokiem.
