W badaniu 6. edycji Barometru Społecznej Odpowiedzialności Konsumenta (SOK) zaledwie 23% respondentów nie potrafiło określić́ rozumienia pojęcia SOK, co wskazuje na to, że świadomość konsumentów utrzymuje się stabilnie na wysokim poziomie.
