IV edycja Indeksu Wiarygodności Ekonomicznej Polski 2025 wskazuje, że bezpieczeństwo i ochrona pracy oraz jakość usług publicznych pozostają fundamentem zaufania do państwa. Polska odnotowała poprawę w zakresie bezpieczeństwa pracy, widoczny jest spadek liczby wypadków śmiertelnych oraz wzrost zatrudnienia kobiet i osób 55+.

Na zakończenie kongresu Open Eyes Economy Summit 2025, którego SGH była jednym z trzech głównych partnerów merytorycznych, głos zabrał dr hab. Piotr Wachowiak, rektor i profesor SGH, a także dyrektor Instytutu Zarządzania w Kolegium Zarządzania i Finansów SGH i członek Rady Programowej OEES.

Porównanie średnich płac kobiet i mężczyzn – tzw. surowa luka płacowa – nie odzwierciedla skali nierówności płacowych kobiet i mężczyzn w Polsce. Skorygowana luka płacowa, uwzględniająca różnice w wykształceniu, doświadczeniu czy wykonywanym zawodzie, jest znacznie wyższa, sięga 16–20%. I niestety, od kilku lat stoi w miejscu, pomimo równościowych regulacji i unijnych dyrektyw mających wspierać kobiety na ryku pracy i zmniejszać nierówności.
