Graduate Studies Office – summer operating arrangements

Dear Students,
 

During the summer period, from 29 June 2026 (Monday) to 31 August 2026 (Monday), the hours of in-person student services will be adjusted as follows:

  • From 29 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, in-person service on Mondays will be available from 12:30 to 15:00; service hours on the remaining days will remain unchanged.
  • From 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, in-person visits will be available strictly by prior email appointment with the GSO staff member responsible for the administrative support of your major.

 

As of 29 June 2026, the office hours of the Dean and Vice-Deans will be suspended. 

They will resume in September.
