Over the Christmas period, from Monday, 22 December 2025, to 6 January 2026, the Graduate Studies Office will be open by appointment only.
If you need to visit us, please email the Administrative Support Officer for your programme to arrange a suitable time.
Please note that the Dean’s consultation hours will be paused during this period. For any urgent matters, you are welcome to contact the Dean by email.
Important: The office will be closed on 24 and 31 December 2025, as well as 1 and 6 January 2026.
