Admission to SGH

Admission to Master’s degree programmes at SGH is competitive and based on a points-based ranking system. The university does not offer automatic admission — acceptance depends on a candidate’s position on the ranking list relative to other applicants and on the number of places available in a given programme.

Applicants may indicate multiple preferences (full-time or part-time studies, programmes taught in Polish or in English), but can ultimately be admitted to only one form of study.

Admission Requirements

A completed Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualification is based on the result of the entrance examination in economic knowledge (WOG) and foreign language proficiency — this applies to full-time programmes and selected part-time programmes.

Deadlines and Required Documents

The admission process follows a strict schedule.
Documents must be submitted in person or by an authorised representative at the SGH campus — documents cannot be sent by post or courier.

Tuition Fees

SGH offers tuition-free programmes as well as international programmes with tuition starting from EUR 4,600 per year (approximately USD 5,500).

Admission to SGH

Admission to Master’s degree programmes at SGH is competitive and based on the assessment of application documents and compliance with formal requirements. The university does not offer automatic admission — acceptance depends on the completeness of submitted documents and the number of places available in a given programme.

Applicants may indicate multiple preferences (full-time or part-time studies, programmes taught in Polish or in English), but can ultimately be admitted to only one form of study.

Admission Requirements

A completed Bachelor’s degree is required.

For programmes taught in English, applicants must provide proof of English language proficiency in accordance with SGH regulations — this requirement also applies to native speakers.

For programmes taught in Polish, a certificate of Polish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level is required.

No Additional Entrance Examination

Applicants to Master’s degree programmes are not required to take an entrance examination — qualification is based on the evaluation of application documents and compliance with formal requirements.

The admission process follows a strict schedule.
Applicants from non‑EU countries must additionally plan sufficient time for obtaining a student visa and completing the legalisation of stay in Poland.
Documents must be submitted in person or by an authorised representative at the SGH campus — documents cannot be sent by post or courier.

Tuition fees apply and start from EUR 4,500 per year (approximately USD 5,400).
