During this session, Kearney consultants will take you behind the scenes of the consulting world. You’ll learn how projects are structured – from defining the client problem, through analysis, to delivering recommendations. Kearney will also share what the day-to-day work of a consultant looks like, what skills are key to succeed, and how consulting differs from other business career paths.
In addition, you’ll get practical insights into the recruitment process, including tips on how to prepare for case interviews and stand out as a candidate.
The session is interactive, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with consultants. The workshop will be conducted in English.
