Dear Students,
due to circumstances beyond SGH’s control, the Electronic Student ID Card (ELS) will be available for in-person collection at the Dean’s Office from 20 October 2026 during student service hours.
In accordance with the Communication of the Minister of Digital Affairs of 28 May 2025, as of 1 October 2025, the mLegitymacja digital student ID is the primary document confirming student status for individuals who have a PESEL number.
To benefit from all entitlements associated with student status, students must activate their mLegitymacja. Students beginning their studies in the 2026/2027 academic year will be able to activate it from 1 October 2026.
Students who indicated in their application form that they wished to receive an Electronic Student ID Card (ELS) are required to collect it and pay the applicable fee.
Students who will not fulfil the requirements, that is submit the necessary documents in Admission Office, will not be able to collect the student card. After the documents are submitted to Admission Office, please contact the Dean’s Office by e-mail to verify when the student card can be collected.
