We kindly inform you about the MOS system (Case Handling Module) operated by the Office for Foreigners for electronic residence legalisation in Poland.

Applications available:
- Application for granting a permanent residence permit;
- Application for granting an EU long-term resident permit;
- Application for granting a temporary residence permit (with restrictions);
- Application for issuance of a CUKR residence card.
For issuing a certificate confirming participation in an educational programme at SGH University. For this purpose, during registration, it is necessary to provide the following address: TRC@SGH.waw.pl
