Optimising the selection procedure for subjects from the didactic offer of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics

The authors’ task was to examine the system of selecting subjects from the didactic offer of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they did based on their own experience and applicable internal regulations. Finding one optimal solution seems very difficult, given the certain freedom that SGH students have at their disposal, being able to choose subjects and lecturers from the wide offer.

It would be unwise to deprive them of this freedom, as it is one of the elements of our competitive advantage compared to other universities in Poland. However, it is important to find the optimal procedure that would lead to increased efficiency. It seems that this grant provides answers to a fairly wide range of questions related to the research objective of the study.
