NAWIGATOR – a tutoring programme

The programme supports informed use of SGH’s educational offer and the planning of personal development, as well as the acquisition of key competences in areas aligned with individual interests.

What is NAWIGATOR?

NAWIGATOR is a tutoring programme which aims at:

  • supporting students in selecting the field of study or specialization according to their career plans;
  • helping create an individual development path at SGH, considering the selection of courses (and the sequence of their completion), and other activities, including in science clubs, as well as the selection of internships.

Participation in the programme is free of charge.

Who can participate?

The programme is intended for undergraduate (1st to 4th semester) and graduate (1st and 2nd semester) SGH students, both full-time and part-time.

You are welcome to take part in the programme:

  • if you want to get support in selecting the field of study or specialization, and you want to make sure that the choice best matches your interests and career plans,
  • if you know which direction to pursue in your development, but you need guidelines, how to get the most from the SGH offer to that end (which courses to choose, what should be their sequence, in which science clubs to participate, where to complete internships),
  • if you want to find out, how to use your strengths and how the participation in various activities at SGH may be helpful in this regard,
  • if – supported by the tutor – you want to create your own development path, to make the most from your time at SGH and gain skills and competences required to work towards your career goals.

How is the tutoring organized?

Tutoring within the NAWIGATOR programme has the form of individual consultations with a tutor – on campus or online (by using SGH accounts via MS Teams). They are held in Polish or English.

During the studies at a given level (first-cycle or second-cycle studies) a student can participate in max. 5 meetings with one tutor (45 minutes per meeting), and max. 3 tutors can be consulted.

How to take part in the programme?

Students willing to participate in the programme should complete and submit within a specified timeframe the form available below (for consultations in Polish or English, respectively).

Participation in the programme requires a duly completed form; places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Filling in the form once means applying to one tutor; thus, the form may be filled in several times.

Upcoming submission deadlines: 26 May 2026, 10:00 am till 2 June 2026

Detailed rules are available in the Regulations.
