The SGH Award for the Best Economic Journalist for Lifetime Achievement and the SGH Award for the Best Journalist of 2025 for Outstanding Achievements in the Field of Popularising Economics will be handed in during the SGH Economic Journalism Award Ceremony, which will take place on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (Auditorium VII, Main Building).
The Journalism Award Committee also awarded four distinctions in the categories: “Journalism”, “Television”, “Radio and Podcast” and “Internet Journalism, Portals”. The winners will also be announced during the ceremony, to which we invite all of you to attend.
This year’s ceremony will be very special because it takes place in the year of the 120th anniversary of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. The SGH Economic Journalism Award Ceremony will be accompanied by a concert by Jan Emil Młynarski’s Warsaw Dance Combo.
