The 2026 pilot edition will bring together 12 mentors and 12 undergraduate and graduate students from across Europe. Each mentee will be individually matched with a mentor based on their professional aspirations, policy interests, institutional preferences and personal development goals.
The programme includes:
- an online Opening Session,
- three individual mentoring meetings,
- an online Closing Session,
- opportunities to join a pan-European network of emerging leaders.
The programme is intended for students interested in European affairs, public policy, diplomacy, international organisations, public affairs and international leadership. Participants will be selected based on their motivation, academic and professional aspirations, leadership potential, commitment and compatibility with the available mentors.
The programme is organised within the Network of Diverse European Societies (NODES) and will be conducted entirely online and in English. Participation is free of charge.
