The programme will include, among others, an official ceremony with special guests, the traditional cap ceremony, meetings in faculty and/or decade groups, as well as an evening dance and entertainment programme featuring guest artists associated with the University.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
To take part in the Alumni Reunion, please complete the registration form and pay the participation fee.

- REGISTRATION AND FEES INFORMATION
The standard participation fee for the Alumni Reunion is PLN 300 or 70 EURO.
A 10% discount, reducing the fee to PLN 270 or 64 EURO, is available to alumni who register by May 18th, 2026 and/or who belong to at least one of the following groups:
• SGH Alumni Club
• SGH Entrepreneurs’ Club
• One of the SGH alumni associations
• alumni employed by a company belonging to the SGH Partners’ Club
• alumni employed by SGH
Registration process for the Alumni Reunion:
1. Please complete the registration form, which you can access by clicking the box on the right-hand side or by clicking HERE.
2. Select the appropriate form — STANDARD (standar fee) or BENEFIT (discounted fees) — depending on the applicable participation fee. Additionally, please select the payment currency (PLN or EUR).
3. After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic email confirming the start of the registration process and providing payment details for the participation fee.
4. Once the payment has been made and registered in the system (which may take up to three business days), you will receive a confirmation email confirming your participation in the Alumni Reunion.

“Behind the scenes of rectoral terms: conversations about times that shape the academic community”
with the participation of: the current Rector of SGH, Prof. Piotr Wachowiak, SGH Professor, and former Rectors:
Prof. Tomasz Szapiro and Prof. Adam Budnikowski. The discussion will be moderated by the Vice-Rector for Development, Prof. Dorota Niedziółka.

• Cap Ceremony – a formal and symbolic welcome into the SGH alumni community

Concert by the Tomasz Bielski Jazz Orchestra
• The programme includes the greatest Polish and international popular music hits, jazz standards, and dance music
• During the concert, the SGH Foxtrot will also be performed in a new lyrical arrangement.
Jazz and foxtrot will set the rhythm of the anniversary alumni evening. Feathers, fascinators, bowler hats and tailcoats will perfectly complement the atmosphere. We encourage guests to attend the evening programme dressed in the style of the 1920s and 1930s, which will beautifully match the mood of the concert.
In addition, vintage cars from the interwar period will be displayed on the SGH campus. The vehicles will be provided by the Automotive and Technology Museum in Otrębusy, and a representative of the Museum will be present to share the history of the cars.
