Why attend?
Transparency is no longer merely a communication-related issue—it is becoming a part of a systemic approach to organizational management. During the conference, we will demonstrate how to view transparency more broadly than only through the lens of compensation: in the context of HR processes, communication, and personnel decisions, as well as their impact on organizational culture, trust, and the sense of fairness.
The conference combines academic and practical perspectives—alongside expert presentations, practitioner panels are planned, as well as time for questions and discussion.
Who is the conference for?
We especially welcome:
- employers, managers, and team leaders,
- HR specialists and managers, HRBPs, and individuals responsible for HR processes and compensation policy,
- representatives of institutions and social organizations,
- researchers and academics interested in transparency from a scientific and research perspective.
