Dr Dominika P. Brodowicz has been appointed for the third time as a judge in the Women in STEM – Poland Short Essay Contest, a nationwide initiative addressed to high school and university students in Poland. Participants are invited to write a short essay in English about a woman active in STEM. The aim of the competition is to promote women’s achievements in science and technology and to increase their visibility as part of the celebration of Women’s History Month. The contest is organized by a group of scholars from the Fulbright Program with the support of the American Corner UMCS Education & Business Center.
