DR DOMINIKA P. BRODOWICZ ON THE ROLE OF DEVELOPERS IN THE RENTAL MARKET IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

During the 8th edition of the Nationwide Scientific Conference “Building the Future – New Processes, Transformations and Trends in the Real Estate Market”, held in Łódź on 14–15 April 2026, Dr Dominika P. Brodowicz delivered a presentation entitled “The Role of Developers in Shaping Supply in the Rental Market in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.” The paper was presented on 15 April as part of Block VI, devoted to supply mechanisms in the housing market. The presentation included the results of a pilot study conducted by doctor Brodowicz among entities operating in the residential real estate market in European Union cities, including Poland. The conference was held under the scientific patronage of the Real Estate Scientific Society and was organised by the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź and Narodowy Bank Polski.
