07.02.2026 Scientific Conference: Transparency in Human Capital Management in an Organization (PL)
This conference addresses current challenges related to building transparency in the field of human capital management. Particular attention will be given to the context of regulatory changes as well as growing expectations of employees and stakeholders. Participants will explore transparency not only through the lens of compensation, but also in relation to HR processes, communication, and personnel decision-making, and how these factors influence organizational culture, trust, and perceived fairness. The program includes expert talks, practitioner panels, and time for Q&A and discussion.
