PhD, Partner at Andersen Société d’Avocats – Paris. Odile is an Attorney at Law, Member of the Paris Bar. Odile has extensive experience in Taxation, advising French and Foreign companies, particularly in VAT, Customs, excises taxes and environmental taxes. She assists French and foreign companies in Indirect Taxation and mainly handles matters in relation to Transactions, Reorganisations, Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as defense during VAT or customs audits, VAT compliance (VAT registrations, VAT credits, VAT refunds) and litigations. She has worked as an Indirect Tax Partner for 30 years with Deloitte Paris getting involved on Indirect tax issues for clients in Manufacturing, Banking, Pharmacy or Aeronautic sectors. She has regularly been a speaker in Client meetings on EUCJ cases in the VAT field. Before joining Andersen Société d’Avocats (France), she was an Indirect tax partner at Deloitte. She teaches VAT and Customs at Paris II University and intervenes in various tax programs in France (Paris XII and Rennes). She is also the author of numerous tax publications and has contributed extensively to the Revue de Droit Fiscal and the Revue TVA, Douane & Environnement.
