The Quality Management Unit conducts scientific and didactic activities as part of the Department of Market, Marketing and Quality.
The history of the Unit goes back many years. It continues the activity of the unit whose previous names were, among others: Department of Technology and Commodity Science, Department of Technology and Production Quality, Department of Technology and Product Quality, Department of Quality Management.
The transformation of the Department of Quality Management into the Quality Management Unit took place in May 2013.
