The initiative involves the preparation and delivery of two editions of an Intensive International Training Programme, which is aimed at female students from partner universities in developing countries, with a particular focus on South America. The main objective of the project is to develop competencies in the area of entrepreneurship and business management. The programme will combine the necessary factual knowledge with intensive practical training in the form of workshops, seminars and projects. It will be complemented by meetings with representatives of the business world and a component devoted to Polish cultural heritage.
The project manager is dr Rafał Kasprzak, professor at SGH.
We warmly congratulate the entire project team and look forward to the successful implementation of this valuable initiative!
