The Institute was established in 2013 in the Collegium of Business Administration. The Institute’s teaching and research offer includes, among others, lectures and scientific research in the field of: valuation of businesses and their assets, real estate valuations, corporate finance, banking, financial analysis, financial markets and valuation of financial instruments, sustainable finance.
There are three units in the Institute of Corporate Finance and Investment:
- Corporate Bankruptcy Research Unit – Head of the Unit, SGH Professor Paweł Dec, Ph.D.
- Corpotrate Finance Management Unit – Head of the Unit, SGH Professor Andrzej Fierla, Ph.D.
- Risk Management Unit – Head of the Unit, SGH Professor Waldemar Rogowski, Ph.D.
