Dynamics and factors of innovation gap between Poland and China - international and regional dimensions

The key research project objectives are: to measure the innovation gap between China and Poland, both directly and indirectly, with reference to the EU average, to identify the determinants of its evolution, to measure and compare the processes of innovation convergence or divergence at the regional level, and to assess the role of science, technology and innovation (STI) policy in increasing the innovativeness of the analysed economies.
Financed by the National Science Centre (NCN), OPUS 11, the project started on 27/02/2017 and finished on 26/02/2022.
