:: INTERNSHIP REGULATIONS

Internship procedure:
1. Find the internship - through Office of Corporate Relations or/and Career Center, internship offers or on your own.
2. Fill in the Agreement, you need 3 copies, sign the Agreement.
3. Deliver the Agreement to the School for signature - contact person is Ms. Grażyna Radom, Dział Nauczania, room 37 G
4. Your employer signs the Agreement and one copy is for him
5. At least one week before you start the internship deliver the Agreement with all the signatures to the School - contact person is Ms. Grażyna Radom, Dział Nauczania, room 37 G
6. The internship
7. After you finish the internship, the employer or person responsible for your internship at the company fills in and signs the report (only one copy)
8. Get the confirmation from Ms Radom on your report (Dział Nauczania, room 37 G)
9. Confirmed report deliver to the Dean's Office.

Application is filled in case the employer requires it.
Declaration is filled in case you want to recognize your professional work or traineeship performed according to a bilateral agreement with the employer as an internship.
