Competence Tests in Foreign Languages for students going for exchange
Spring edition
When siging up for the Competence Tests (from 1 March till 5 March), please show your receipt of payment for the test.
- Written part - taking place on 12 and 13 March 2010 according to the prepared schedule
- the schedule will be posted on the CNJO information board on 11 March around 4 p.m.
- Oral part – from 19 March
You are obliged to comply with the above given dates, as any requests after these dates won’t be taken into consideration.
Additional Information
Each Competence Test has two parts: written and oral. Information about the schedule of Competence Tests will be published on the CNJO information board as well as on SGH website.
The fee for one language is 80 PLN.
Payment in the amount of 80 PLN for each language (payments for more than one language can be made on one form) should be made to the following WSE account:

The fees paid after the given date won’t be returned.
You can sign up for the tests in the CNJO (Foreign Language Teaching Centre) secretariat. To enroll for the test you need to show the receipt of payment.
We’d like to remind you that the results of the competence test is valid for two years. Thus, students who passed the test last year, are not obliged to take it again, unless they want to improve their result.
Competence Tests:
Written part –
• listening comprehension (answering 5 questions after listening to 3-5 TV news)
• summary in foreign language of the Polish text
Oral part –
• auto presentation in the form of conversation with the examiner
• conversation between two students based on a text (summary of the text, making own commentary)
