Electronic student`s ID
In order to receive the electronic Student’s ID you need to submit all the required documents to the appropriate Dean’s Office: 1. Printed and signed form 2. Recent photograph (description of requirements below). 3. Receipt of payment (number of account below). The electronic Student’s ID will be issued consecutively starting from June (the electronic Student’s ID will be issued in the order of submitting the applications. To receive the electronic Student’s ID you need to return your present (paper) Student’s ID to the Dean’s Office. THE STUDENT ID PHOTOGRAPH’S REQUIREMENTS On the back of the photograph the name, surname and student’s number should be written. This photograph should meet the same requirements as the ones defined for the identity card photo: a) The photograph should be in colour without any head-coverings and dark glasses. The person on the photograph should be shown from the left profile with the left ear exposed, the face should be in equal lighting (like the photograph for identity card). b) A person with inborn or acquired eyes disorders is allowed to deliver photographs showing him or her wearing dark glasses; a person wearing head-covering according to religious beliefs is allowed to deliver a photograph showing him or her wearing head-covering. c) The document which entitles to enclosing photographs presenting a person wearing dark glasses is a decision about disability of a person under 16 or the decision about the disability degree of a person over 16 due to inborn or acquired eyes disorder, issued in accordance to regulations about a disability and a disability degree. d) The document which entitles a person to deliver a photograph showing him or her in head-covering should confirm the membership in a religious community. Persons to whom points b), c) and d) apply, don’t have to attach any documents if they show the identity card with the same photograph that they want to have in the electronic Student’s ID.
