The Department of Corporate Finance Management was established in 1991 under the supervision of Professor Witold Bień, who was the first Head of the unit. The next Head was Professor Jacek Grzywacz. Currently the Department is under the direction of Professor Elżbieta Mączyńska.
The Department offers numerous courses for students, that include company valuation, finance management, banking, fundamental analysis, capital market. Moreover, it leads postgraduate studies:
