Chair of Tourism

The Chair of Tourism was established in 1956 by Professor K. Libera, who was the first Head of the Chair. In 1957 the Chair initiatied a series of Working Papers 'Ruch Turystyczny' (Tourist Flow) which was a publishing forum for academics researching tourism. The year 1967 marked the beginning of another Working Papers series 'Tourist Flow - Monographies', publishing habilitation and doctoral theses.
