Chair of Economics and Finance of Self-Government

Chair of Economics and Finance of Local Government was formed in 2001. Faculty members, except didactic and scientific activities connected with local governments, collaborate with different partners, like institution and economical units. The most important are: state authorities (Parliament, Ministry, The House of Control) local governments, communal companies, consulting and training firms. The
collaboration is based on expert and advisory activities for mention above partners.

The activities concentrate an advisory in the range of elaboration and implementation the local development strategy, long-time investment plans, strategy of housing development in cities financial plans in communes, communes budget prognosis, communal development projects evaluation and getting EU funds.
