Institute of Enterprise
Institute of Enterprise is educational-research unit of the Collegium of Business Administration (KNoP) in the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
Research activity concentrates on conditions of enterprise development and competitiveness of enterprises and regions. Long term research projects, which are characteristic for the Institute, concern structural changes in Polish economy in perspectives of creating service economy, education as a factor of development, improvement of competitiveness of enterprises and regions, and also assessment of investment attractiveness of Polish regions. In the framework of the research topic, we realize scientific project “Local educational system as a tool of creating innovation economy. In the framework of second research area, yearly reports about investment attractiveness in Polish regions, subregions and powiat are elaborated.
The considerable contribution of our Institute in building scientific environment is conducted by organizing lectures for general audience, doctoral seminars, and conferences.
