2017 edition of Summer University Warsaw (SUW) began on Monday July 3rd. Participants take part in 2-week-long courses at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. All classes are organised as lectures and workshops with numerous case studies, discussions and group projects. Bachelor’s and master’s level students have an opportunity to earn 4 or 8 ECTS credits that are internationally recognised. Our academic team includes teachers from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and guest speakers from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, and market practitioners from Isobar Poland Group and AMA Institute.
SUW is organised by the Centre for Open Education with support of Erasmus Student Network SGH and Students’ Union. This year nearly 30 students from universities including University of Macau, University of Technology Sydney and Kyoto University of Foreign Studies take part in four courses - Marketing, Brand Management, Investment Project Management and Intercultural Negotiations.
Together with courses important part of SUW is cultural and social programme. In two weeks students will have an opportunity to explore Warsaw during numerous guided city walks and to visit Cracow and Wieliczka Salt Mine.
