This conference will facilitate the sharing of ideas, research and experience of value to scholars, NGOs, business leaders, government officials and journalists. Participants can attend any of the 100-200 speeches, panel discussions, professional reports, and academic research papers they choose. These presentations will be in the fields of Communications, Business and Taxation, Law, Social Science, Humanities, Education, Literature and Linguistics. “Central Asia: Regionalization vs. Globalization” is the focus of this year’s conference. The debate between globalization and regionalization places Central Asian states at an important crossroads. Decisions made in the next few years could have commercial, economic, political, cultural, social, and legal implications for many generations to come.

All submitted papers must be original in nature and, with permission of the author, will be published in the conference proceedings. They will also be considered for the upcoming Central Asian Business Journal. If you are interested in organizing a panel discussion or some other special session, please submit a proposal briefly describing the topic. Presenters should also submit a brief biography.
