On this page, each student leaving for exchange programs (Erasmus, PIM, bilateral agreements), educational programs (CEMS programs, double degrees) or as freemover will find all documents that are required before, during, and after his/her study abroad period.
The page is divided into 5 parts:
- Pre-departure proceedings,
- Proceedings during study abroad period,
- Proceedings after return - necessary for settlement of the study period abroad
- Erasmus - documents for Beneficiary
- EILC - Erasmus Intensive Language Courses,
- Instructions on filling in documents
The documents contained in these sections are mandatory for all students going abroad for a period of study and are described in the Rector's Regulation No 13 of 18 April 2008.
