Each student is obliged to submit during his admission process a nostrification of the diploma!

Bachelor Students:

Each foreign secondary school-leaving certificate has to undergo a process of nostrification which is done by the Education Office in Warsaw (Kuratorium Oświaty w Warszawie) (http://www.kuratorium.waw.pl/pl/news/144/nostryfikacja-świadectw-szkolnych-i-świadectw-maturalnych-uzyskanych-za-granicą.html).

For nostrification of your secondary school-leaving certificate you need:

• original of secondary school-leaving certificate + certified translation into Polish + apostille or legalization
• "I declare that Mr/Mrs...... is eligible to undertake studies in ………… (the country of certificate’s origin)  based on certificate no. ...... issued on ............. " statement issued by the Polish Consulate in the country of certificate’s origin or the Embassy of the country of certificate’s origin in Poland (when not included in the translation of your diploma) 
• photocopy of the identification document

• the original of your Diploma in Bachelor Degree and its certificated translation
• the supplement to the Diploma
