Dear coordinators!

We would like all our partner universities to nominate the selected students through our online nomination system:

Students will be able to submit their on-line registration form providing they have been nominated by their home school.

Deadline for nomination & students' online application:

• April 19th (Fall Semester and Academic Year)
• October 19th (Spring Semester)

In order to allow other coordinators from your university to nominate selected students, please add their e-mails to our data base by using the online nomination system. At the same time you may delete those coordinator who are no longer responsible for nominating exchange students.

You may add new students and change their data at any time before the stipulated deadline.

Once registered, student will receive an individual e-mail (to the address provided by the exchange coordinator in the on-line system) with information on further steps of the application process.

Please note that the complete set of all documents has to reach our office within 10 days after the on-line system closure.
